Find a LocationBorn to Play Academy
The Academy is Frozen Ropes’ core developmental class program — the pathway that runs from Born to Play foundations up through the youth levels. Athletes build complete games — hitting, pitching, and fielding — inside the Frozen Ropes method, in small groups matched to their level.
It starts with the love of the game and never stops adding to it: real fundamentals, coached the same way at every level, so each step forward is built on the last. It’s the gateway into the Frozen Ropes system.

Pitching Labs
Frozen Ropes built its name on pitching. Our Pitching Labs put that reputation to work — a data-backed program where every athlete builds command, movement, and velocity off a delivery our coaches track from the first rep.
We train the whole pitcher: the mechanics, the sequencing, the mental side, and the arm care that keeps you on the mound. Faster is only useful if it’s repeatable and healthy.

Frozen Ropes Pitching Staff
Pitching Instructors
Our pitching instructors teach the nationally recognized Frozen Ropes delivery — command first, velocity that lasts, and arm care that keeps athletes on the mound.
Good to know
Is this only for hard throwers?+
No — Pitching Labs build the whole delivery. Command and repeatability come first, and velocity follows a healthy, efficient motion.
How do you protect the arm?+
Arm care and recovery are built into every block. We train workloads and mechanics that keep pitchers healthy, not just fast.

Hitting Labs
Our Hitting Labs engineer a better swing. Athletes move from tee work to machine velocity ladders while coaches track barrel rate and swing decisions — not just where the ball happened to land.
It’s the Frozen Ropes vision-and-mechanics approach in a lab setting: measure it, coach it, and repeat it until the good swing is the default swing.
What You’ll Develop
- Barrel accuracy
- Bat speed & exit velocity
- Timing & pitch recognition
- A competitive swing
